Reforestation
With Xerox, our customers have the power to offset Greenhouse Gas emission impact associated with paper use by having trees planted in forests of greater needs. Xerox Reforestation Service allows organisations to reduce their print impact by turning every 8,333 sheets into one tree planted in forests most in need. Since 2018, Xerox workplaces and global customers have collectively offset the equivalent of 2.0 billion total standard pages of paper consumption by reforesting 245,893 trees (and counting!)
Eco-box collection
The Xerox Green World Alliance program gives our customers the ability to recycle their used toner cartridges quickly and easily. When a toner is finished simply place it in a box for xerox to collect, the toner is then sent to a Xerox approved recycler and is:
- Recovered and reused or used as a colorant in plastic manufacturing
- Metal components are reused as raw material to create new parts and products
- Plastic components are reused as raw material to create new plastic products

Xerox has enabled the ability to experience live visual assistance and guidance to address and resolve issues remotely from any location. CareAR empowers service teams worldwide to deliver immediate remote AR support to customers, employees, and field workers.
