Making Conversations Count Ltd helps companies and individuals improve their telemarketing skills, using coaching and a consultative approach ensures that people find it easier to start conversations with new and existing clients.

With a hybrid working style, it was paramount that Making Conversations Count Ltd had the ability to access everything within the business regardless of location.

As well as this the business wanted to develop their IT skills and take advantage of Microsoft 356 apps such a Microsoft Teams to help be more productive, therefore we provided hands on training and ensured all areas of M365 that were going to be used were covered.

“I would have turned business away if potential clients were using Teams as my knowledge was very poor on Teams, however I am now using Teams on a regular basis thanks to DNS.”
