Connor has been part of the DNS Team since 2014. His day-to-day duties are very varied and include all of the following: Field 1st line calls, dealing with & resolving escalated calls, attending site to deliver & install equipment as well as resolve issues.

Connor also manages IT Projects as well as assisting with IT Sales, throughout this he assesses customer IT requirements and provides solutions for these as well as researching new IT solutions and products within the industry.
