As a Managed Services Technician I ensure multifunction devices run reliably by installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing equipment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, connectivity and software issues. I provide support to users with technical guidance, managed parts and consumables.

Strong problem‑solving skills, technical aptitude and clear communication are essential in my role to maintaining efficient, high‑quality printing operations. I love my job because I enjoy solving problems, helping people and keeping essential systems running smoothly. Outside of work, I stay active through running, strength training at the gym and exploring the outdoors on hiking trails.
