Order Process Co-ordinator
I work as an Order Processor Co Ordinator for DNS, a family-run company with a fantastic team and a really positive working environment. My role involves managing orders for the sales and support teams, including sourcing equipment from distributors, everything from printers to general hardware. I’m responsible for order management within company systems, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch, processing returns, and monitoring inventory levels while liaising with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
What I enjoy most about my role is being involved in the full order process from start to finish and achieving the best possible outcomes for my team. I take pride in supporting the sales, support, and print teams and love the strong teamwork and collaboration we have, particularly within the print team. Working together to get results makes the job really rewarding.
I chose this career because I enjoy pushing myself, taking on responsibility and continuing to develop my skills. The role allows me to grow professionally while being part of a company where people genuinely care about what they do and who they work with.
If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be and what would you do?
A Horse trainer or Jockey — I’d enjoy spending the day outdoors, staying active and working with animals
What’s a hobby or interest people might be surprised to learn about you?
People are usually surprised to learn that I used to do performance arts like fire breathing, stilt walking and dancing
What’s a challenge you’ve overcome that taught you something important about yourself?
Learning to be confident in a team setting — I’m naturally quiet, so speaking up didn’t always come easily. Over time, working closely with others taught me that my input and reliability add real value, even if I’m not the loudest voice.
