Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, I lead a finance and administration team of three and oversee the organisation’s financial operations. My role is highly varied, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. I also provide HR support, assisting with staff matters and helping to nurture a positive, collaborative team culture. What I enjoy most about my role at DNS is the variety of responsibilities combined with the opportunity to work with such a talented and engaging team, making each day both challenging and rewarding.
What’s a challenge you’ve overcome that taught you something important about yourself?
Starting a new job after working somewhere for over 7 years. It was out of my comfort zone but taught me that I had the capability to adapt to big change easily!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
If you ask my dad, he will always tell you the time I was extremely young and told him I wanted to be a bar maid!
