My responsibilities include logging and managing support calls, scheduling engineer visits and processing consumable orders for Xerox printers to ensure minimal disruption to customers. I provide both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, resolving technical issues where possible and escalating more complex incidents when required. I maintain accurate ticket records and liaise closely with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of all support requests.

Interior design as I would be able to transform spaces into functional, beautiful environments that reflect people’s personalities and needs, I could blend fabrics colours, textiles and palettes to make pieces look vibrant and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
