Marketing Manager
I’m Marketing Manager at DNS and I’ve been part of the team since 2020, joining right in the middle of Covid and getting to know everyone remotely, which was a strange way to start.
I look after the DNS social channels, website and email marketing, but what I love most is telling the story behind the business. With a background in journalism, writing has always been at the heart of what I do, whether that’s sharing historical DNS throwback moments on LinkedIn, creating content that reflects who we are or working closely with our partners, suppliers and customers to bring case studies and collaborations together.
I believe marketing is all about celebrating the people behind the business, showcasing meaningful partnerships and making sure the DNS story is shared in a way that connects with the wider community.
What’s a hobby or interest people might be surprised to learn about you?
I love hiking - the fresh air, views, the feeling of accomplishment after (and of course, the coffee shop we often end up at!)
What’s your go-to drinks order?
A vanilla latte (iced as soon as the sun makes an appearance!)
What did you want to be when you’re older?
A teacher, or an actress in specifically in either Corrie or EastEnders. However, I ended up hating drama class in school (and wouldn’t say a word), so that dream didn’t definitely take off.
