I’m a Managed Services Consultant at Document Network Services, I help organisations improve the way they work through smarter IT, communications and managed print solutions. My role is all about listening to clients, understanding their challenges and delivering projects that genuinely make their operations more efficient and cost‑effective. 

My path into this industry wasn’t planned. At 18, fresh out of school and always the one who couldn’t stay quiet in class, I found myself in a world where communication, relationships and problem-solving were key. It turned out to be a perfect fit.

Twelve years later, I still absolutely love what I do. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the positive impact our solutions have on businesses, helping them grow, adapt and work smarter.
