TPS Group is a family-run business with a proud 57-year history, operating from an 8-acre site with a team of over 30 employees. Their business is made up of three key areas: a holdings team that rents out offices, warehouses and lockups, a storage division supporting customers moving home both in the UK and abroad as well as and an international shipping team helping people relocate overseas.
DNS has worked with TPS Group since 2012, building a long standing relationship that has grown alongside the business. The partnership originally began with the supply of a high-quality colour print solution.
As the business continued to grow, it became clear they needed a more reliable and joined up approach to IT and telecoms. Having previously worked with multiple telecoms providers, TPS Group experienced a number of challenges, including high costs and inconsistent service.
When looking for a new provider, DNS was recommended to the team. They were keen to bring everything under one roof, working with a provider who truly understood their business and manage all of their services cohesively. Just as importantly, they wanted a consistent and personal experience.

DNS helped TPS Group secure and modernise their serviced‑office network by introducing network segmentation using a FortiGate firewall and managed switches. Each tenant was moved onto its own isolated VLAN and subnet, with the FortiGate enforcing strict separation and only allowing access to required shared services. Managed switches extended this separation to individual office ports, ensuring tenants are connected only to their designated networks.
The result was a cleaner, more secure and scalable setup. TPS Group can now onboard new tenants quickly, maintain strong privacy between occupants and operate a professional, future ready multi‑tenant network.
TPS now have IT, a unified communications solution and security all managed seamlessly by one provider. This has not only improved reliability and reduced costs but also removed the complexity of dealing with multiple suppliers.
