Peridot Partners is a executive and leadership search firm operating across the UK, with a team of around 60 people and offices in London, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire. Established in 2009, they focus on supporting charity, not-for‑profit and profit‑for‑purpose organisations, with flexible working embedded across the team as standard.
As the business continued to grow, they began reviewing their IT support to ensure it was still meeting their needs. Their pay as you go arrangement had been effective in the earlier stages, but it was no longer providing the level of support or strategic guidance needed.
