Innes England is a leading commercial property consultancy with offices in Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and Nottingham, supporting businesses and property owners across the Midlands for more than 35 years. With a growing team of 50 employees, the business required a reliable and proactive IT partner capable of supporting its long-term operational and security needs.

The Challenge

When Innes England first engaged with us, they were experiencing ongoing frustrations with their existing IT provider. Slow response times, limited end user support and a lack of strategic account management were beginning to impact day-to-day operations and user confidence.

In addition, much of the company’s infrastructure relied on ageing legacy systems, creating increased operational risk and limiting scalability, resilience, and cybersecurity readiness.

The Solution 

Our priority was to provide Innes England with a responsive, locally based IT partnership focused on reliability, user experience and long-term improvement.

As part of the initial onboarding process, we carried out a full upgrade of the company’s core server infrastructure. The migration was carefully planned and completed outside of working hours to ensure zero disruption to staff and business operations. The new environment, securely hosted within our data centre, delivered improved performance, resilience and scalability across the organisation.

Today, we provide fully managed IT support across all four offices, delivering:

  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance

  • Responsive user support

  • Strategic IT guidance and regular account reviews

  • Ongoing infrastructure and security improvements

 Alongside IT support, we also deliver regular cybersecurity awareness training to employees, helping users recognise threats, reduce risk, and contribute to a stronger security culture across the business.

The organisation also benefits from the protection of our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), providing continuous monitoring and helping to identify and respond to potential threats as part of a proactive, security first approach to IT support.

In addition, we manage and support Innes England’s print infrastructure across all sites through a secure managed print solution built around Xerox devices and PaperCut software. This provides improved visibility and control over print activity, enhances document security through secure print release and helps reduce unnecessary printing and waste.
