Our DNA® process involves an audit across all aspects of your business from printers & copiers, telephone systems as well as document workflows, IT infrastructure and even environmental impact.

Stage 1.

Initial stage is the review of contracts and current obligations. Once we have established the feasibility & liabilities currently in place we can confirm if it is viable, advisable and/or even necessary to proceed to the more detailed site audit stage.

Stage 2.

This is where the DNA® team will be on site to do all (or part) of the following: Conduct a physical site survey and brief one-to-one discussions with staff/users of devices as necessary simply to gain brief aspects of feedback. Assess the support, production, movement, storage, retrieval, efficiencies and identification of costs on all document workflows, verbal, written & electronic currently in operation. Thus, allowing us to identify & implement a cohesive, secure, environmentally friendly cost & time efficient business model bespoke to your organisation.

Stage 3.

We will provide a board ready solution complete with (but not limited too) financial savings, document workflow efficiencies including environmental benefits. This will cover all legal & financial obligations to incumbent suppliers as expected of an FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) governed organisation. We will also show a route map for future improvements and savings.
