Far from stationary
Silly Sentiments were growing rapidly which meant that their processed needed to speed up if they were to keep on top of the increasing orders being placed.
Their current printer also didn’t have the capability to print high quality, full colour cards which is something they required.
Being a solely online business, it was critical that Silly Sentiment’s systems continuously stay up and running without fault. If for any reason systems were to fail the business would come to a complete halt (which is not what you want!)
That is why it was so important that any changes to business processes needed to be seamless and perfectly fitting for the business.
Consequently, the DNS Team worked closely with Vicki at Silly Sentiments to ensure that they completely understood the business before any changes were made.

DNS automated a workflow that allows the business to add multiple cards onto one sheet which not only saves on materials but also improves efficiency and speed. The automation follows through to the finishing depart where the cards are creased and cut with no user intervention! They’re then ready to be sent to their recipient.
