We have recently welcomed... not 1, 2 but 3 new(ish) faces here at DNS.
Firstly, due to our IT expansion we have welcomed Grant to the support team as a Support Consultant, he will be on hand to handle any IT issues our customers may have from day-to-day PC problems to more complex server/network glitches.
Interesting fact: Grant likes to start his day with copious amounts of tea & his favourite TV show is Father Ted.
Azaria has joined the admin team and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as uploading support tickets, keeping an eye on the sales team to ensure that their paperwork is filled out correctly and co-ordinating account logistics which will enable all of our products to be ordered, delivered and installed to our customers seamlessly!
Interesting fact: Azaria has a gold medal in karate and loves cheesy dance music!
And thirdly, Louee has moved from life as a Support Apprentice to a Managed Services Consultant. He will be applying the vast IT knowledge he has learnt within the past year to help assist new and existing customers with their IT Services, as well as their Print, Document Management and Communications. Louee will also begin to grow his own customer base via networking, making outbound calls and meeting with new businesses.
Interesting fact: Louee’s first job was working in the warehouse at Currys PC World.
We’re so excited to be working amongst new personalities that will be bringing new skill sets and ideas to the business, which in turn will help us all develop and be the best Business Process Problem Solvers we can be!
