With the new GDPR rules coming into effect on May 25, 2018, we’ve been working hard to ensure that we fulfil its obligations and maintain our transparency about how we use data.
Some of the steps we have taken to prepare for the GDPR include:
- Updated our Privacy Statement – clearly outlining why and how we collect, process and store personal data. We have added information on how to exercise rights around your data and how to control the use of your personal information through our services. The new Privacy Statement will take effect on May 25, 2018.

Remember, you can exercise your rights – which are highlighted in our updated privacy statement – to limit the information we collect about you or how we use it. You can also exercise your right to be forgotten, and we will delete your data from our systems entirely. You have the final say about whether and how we process your personal data.
