If your key workders understand the basic copy functions then training can be tailored to address a list of items relating to specific jobs.
Overview of the machine, Jam Areas and Maintenance, Meter Reading, Control Panel
All Copy, Fax, Scan, Scan to Email functions including creating an Address Book for Fax and Email  Addresses.
Print Driver including Secure Print, Duplexing, Paper selection, Multi-up, Booklet,  Font embedding, Watermarks etc (depends on the machine configuration and the print driver options)
May also include Auditron, Lan Faxing, Internet Services
