Network Analyst Standard Installation - Office, Colour and Production 
 
Network Install 
Print Only (Office)  £200
Includes Mono & Colour Bustled RIP 
Configure Server 
Install Print Driver on up to 5 clients (same site/visit)* 
Load Command Workstation or equivalent on one client (if applicable)* 
Calibrate if device is colour capable 
Test configuration 
Brief overview of installation to customer IT or User 

Network Install
Print and Scan (Office)  £250
Includes Mono & Colour Bustled RIP 
As Print Only Install and: 
Configure 1 scanning option (e.g. Scan to File, Scan to email, LDAP or Mailbox)* 
Install Xerox bundles software on up to 5 clients* 
Set up logon authentication (if required) 
Install web services on 1 client* 
Brief overview of installation to customer IT or User 

Network Install
Mono/Colour with External RIP  £400
As Print Only Install and: 
Installation of FACI kit (Screen, keyboard & mouse) & densitometer if purchased 
Install of DFE client software suite on 1 PC* 
Brief overview of DFE for up to 5 users on same site/visit 

Network Install
Colour with External RIP & full description of colour features  £600
As External RIP install and: 
Brief overview to group of up to 5 users on: 
Colour Workflow 
Soft Proofing 
Hot folders 
Review of workflow 

Day Rates (single site visit)  
1 day - this rate can be discounted for multiple days £600
1/2 day £400

Pre Installation Requirements  
- Live network port available to device 
- Cable to connect to network 
- IP address information (static/DHCP) 
- Live phone line (if fax to be installed) 
- TCP/IP services running 
- One client should have web browser if web services to be used 

Please ensure  
- You aware of scanning setup to be installed 
- You are in a position to allow us to perform all standard install activities 
- Your IT contact is available to provide the required level of access to the network 

Additional activities outside of the standard network installation can be offered at the following rates;  
- Additional print drivers/clients £15 each
- Additional Scan Setup POA
- Account options POA
- Third Party Solution configuration POA
- Non Standard Installation Day Rate

All prices are applicable to UK mainland; some outlying parts of the Scottish highlands & Islands will carry extra charges.
