Say Bye-Bye to manual meter read requests.
As a leading Xerox Premier Partner, we are always looking at ways of improving our service to you.
We would like to let you know about a free service that is designed to take the hassle out of submitting annual or quarterly meter readings and ordering consumables.
If you register for the service, it means that your machine automatically tells Xerox what your machine’s readings are.
Whats the catch?
No catch, as long as your machine is networked you can set it up for free.
·It only takes 10 minutes to install
·It’s secure
·No more providing meter reads when ordering consumables
·No more inaccurate or estimated billing
·Etc…..etc……etc……….
What do I do next?

Most employees would expect little more than a pat on the back for meeting their performance targets. So staff at Document Network Services were amazed when their boss, Managing Director - Darren Marsh announced he was sending them for an all-expenses-paid trip to Madrid. People working at Document Network Services are being flown out for a weekend in the sun by Darren Marsh as a reward for reaching their half-yearly target. The company's nine members of staff called the Evening Telegraph and also spoke on Radio Derby about the thanks they wanted to offer Darren for the surprise. Tracey Morley works in the administration department at the PridePark Company and is looking forward to the trip. She said: "It was quite a shock when we were told he was taking us to Madrid as a reward for reaching our half-yearly targets." "He had mentioned it earlier in the year, but I think a lot of us just forgot about it, so when he said it was happening we couldn't believe our luck. He's a very generous boss anyway, so something like this isn't out of character." "I'd like to say a big thank-you to him. I'm really looking forward to the trip and think we'll all have a great time." Staff at the company, which supplies Xerox photocopiers and printers, will fly out to Madrid on September 22 where they will stay in the four-star Hotel Mayorazgo. The hotel is in downtown Madrid, on the Gran Via, and is within walking distance of landmarks such as the Plaza Espaca, the Palacio Real and the Plaza Mayor. Rebecca Caddy, account manager at the company, said: "Xerox is normally very good at rewarding its staff, but for the whole office to be rewarded together is not something I've experienced before. "It's absolutely wonderful and the hotel looks great. I can't wait and expect we'll have a great time." Document Network Services is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and in 2004 was named Xerox's business partner of the year out of 58 companies in Britain and Ireland.
